INSURANCE & PRICING

*Select each item for details*

We are in-network with Medicare. If you have Medicare Part B and a supplemental plan, and your 2024 deductible of $240 has been met, your therapy will be fully covered. If not, you may be responsible for a small portion of the cost.

Note: This applies to Traditional Medicare. For Medicare Advantage Plans, coverage details differ (see below).

Questions? Call (412) 423-5572 to learn more about your coverage and what to expect.

Mobile Physio is an out-of-network provider for all insurance plans except traditional Medicare. However we do still work with Medicare Advantage Plans that offer out-of-network benefits, such as Aetna Medicare, Highmark Medicare, and UPMC for Life. We will submit the claims for you. Coverage will depend on your plan type:

  • PPO Advantage Plans: These plans typically offer out-of-network benefits, meaning much of your therapy could be covered. We can verify your deductible, co-pay, and other details to provide an estimate of your costs. Call (412) 423-5572 and we can check your coverage.

  • HMO Advantage Plans: HMO plans usually require in-network care, so coverage is unfortunately unlikely with Mobile Physio. However, HMO plans occasionally still have out-of-network benefits, so we can still check your benefits or you can contact your insurance using our tip sheet for guidance.

Mobile Physio is out-of-network for all commercial insurances. Payment is required at the time of service (see self-pay info below). You can submit a claim to your insurance for reimbursement using the itemized receipt we provide you with. Claims can typically be submitted online or by mail. For more details, call the number on your insurance card.

  • PPO Plans: Likely offer out-of-network benefits, meaning you may receive partial reimbursement. Use our tip sheet to confirm your benefits – payment is still due at the time of service.

  • HMO and EPO Plans: These plans generally require in-network providers, so coverage is unlikely. Some exceptions may apply—check with your insurance using our tip sheet.

Premium Physical Therapy, Tailored to You
Mobile Physio provides high-quality, one-on-one care designed to meet your specific needs. Our self-pay pricing reflects the premium care you’ll receive.

For more information on our pricing and to discuss how we can help you achieve your therapy goals, please call Dr. Lockwood at (412) 423-5572 for a free consultation. He’ll gladly answer any questions and explain the value of Mobile Physio’s premium services.

Note: If you’re looking for standard physical therapy with a small co-pay, this may not be the right fit. Our rates are for those who value exceptional, individualized care and are ready to invest in their health.
